Stours Yield

There are flowers in my field
Beyond my Ivy towers yield
Bowers full of snow white dove
Cooing songs of one time love

Phantoms riding chivalry
Posting thoughts of revelry
Wearing favors blowing high
In the wind of maidens sigh

Celestial in the dew of morn
Crowned within the gold of dawn
Waiting to be born again
Waiting for the where and when.

And I would send the dove to free
To fly my heart and comfort me
To lock our arms and sip a sip
The lushes’ nectar of your lip

It is the tolling and the swell
To touch my soul and make it well.

Good morning, Sir Tumbleweed! Not only was this write imaginative, creative, and utterly romantic, it was lusciously sensuous!

~ "To lock our arms and sip a sip
The lushes’ nectar of your lip"

Whew! This "angel" has the vapors!

Loves 'n hugs 'n vapors,
