Standing on this mountain high
Arms spread wide unto the sky
Gazing out across the lands
Laughing, touching, holding hands

The breeze hurtling past our faces
Enjoying its own private races
The montana wind on the fly
Rushing past us, blowing by

Together here, on mountain top
Our lives, the time, slows to a stop
We stand together straight and tall
Neither of us afraid to fall

Our hearts beat together, two as one
Our lives with eachother, barely begun,
In our hearts we trust eachother
Both our lives for the other

To you I'd give my soul to hold
To shield you from a world gone cold
To hold you safe in loves embrace
To keep the chill from your face

The world out there, scared and torn
The fights go on, the people forlorn
But on this mountain, wild and free
That world is forgotten, its only you and me

One in a sea of millions has the power to change the world...

A friend of mine has described Montanana to me many times and says I need to see it to believe it.  This is very good.

wondrous write, enjoyable, upbeat and filled with promise....

shhheessshhhh, I really wish the world out there would spend more time encouraging and less time thinking of what can't or won't be...the gossip is dreadful and destroying...and America presently thrives on it...and they call it
Entertainment....I fear for the future of our children.

But with people who think and feel like you do, we gotta make a difference, even if only a tad...smiles and hugs...thank you for sharing.

You found a breeze in Montana?
The one time I was pushed through there,
left me with tears in my eyes
that I did not have time to take in
the glorious sky.

Well done, Sir.

I would love to see the mountains of Montana. This is a very romantic piece of writing. Very well done.
