Azure clouds on white
backdrop, inverted chord of
nature calls to me,

to sing the sky upside down
silent lullaby of sound.

(smiles) Awwwwwwwww, I am really loving these new tankas of yours, sweet friend, nature poetry always deeply enthralls me and brings joy to my heart, reminding me of the Sioux proverb, "To touch the earth is to have harmony with nature." (kiss on cheek) God Bless You, sweet friend, I love painting too and hope soon I can be good like Bob Ross, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Jo, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Mistletoe Noah -- you are so kind to me sweet friend.  I have never been a trained artist -- I know nothing of it except I have tried painting on several occasions on my own and really, really enjoy it -- with I really knew how!  .......hugs, jo

iliana,
This was nice... Have you gotten out that brush lately?  If the paint flows like your poetry, it's time you steal 20 minutes of time here and to do it!  (I'm looking forward to seeing you in N.Y. at the art galleries!)

Paint us a vision,  that we might see,
that we might touch ever lightly.
That we might gasp in frozen amaze
still standing and viewing for days

Been breathing in the fumes from the oil paints and turpentine? LOL, I loved this, may have to paint it just as you wrote it someday, for fun.

Excellent use of the form...enjoyed
Perhaps the world we see is always upsidedown, maybe on this day you viewed the world as it really is?
You may have viewed reality for a moment, who knows? Anyway, I love the poem...
Thank You
