I’m falling into you and going with your flow
rolling from your peak into the depths below
feeling, touching, sensing, your emotive drive
and making contact inwardly with your energy.

How vibrant and alive is the force of your desire
in spurts pulsing outward into a chasm wide
prepared and made ready by the power of the sun
gently breaking through the shadows of the past.

In displays of all your glory I am humbled more
and kneel before the view not ever seen before
but soon my passion grows to the level of my eyes
and overturns convention’s most peculiar customs.

You move into the distance and yet are standing still
in preparation for the birth of mountains from a hill
but your green and fertile valleys remain inviolate
and the way you rise and dip a permanent feature.

Still tomorrow you’ll be there, I will be elsewhere,
and the start of it all remains a mystery evermore!

Thanks, passing shadows.  They were indeed just rolling hills beautiful in the season of love - oh, I mean summer!
