Have you ever been deeply sorry for something you did,
I can say I have,
Wish I could take it all back,
All the pain and heartache I’ve caused.

My mind races with things to say,
Apology after apology,
Will that be enough,
I may never know how much pain I caused you,
I’m sorry.

Life is a gift so live it to the fullest!

Tip for no penny worth
quit rehearsing confront thee
directly thou loss of mirth
and the weigth of self-blame

Just a thought, read it, delete it
toss it out or try it on tis true
trying never destroyed may have caused some
major misunderstandings, but tis better than

raking one self through the coals
just makes them burn hotter

Forgiveness begins with the self (yourself)and then extands outward from the heart.

Beautiful writen and deeply felt.
