I wish some words I had
for this woman I'd call my mom
but I never got to know her
so the words are slim to none,
but in spite all just the same
I miss her so very much.
I wish that I could remember
her very special touch....
but God took her away
on a very special call
when I was very young
and yet so very small.....
but still I felt her presence
sometimes I still do now
I just wish I could say I love you....
just once.........just.......somehow.....

I know that she was wonderful
so many times I have been told
but if one memory I could recall...
I'm sure it would be solid gold....

You feel her presence, this shows in your beautiful words of longing.

Love is NeverEver lost what ye feel is far more real than any living room couch thou
intakes what can NEVER be lost forgive me
in the touch and reach of all that is

no child should ever have to lose that sacred
gilded touch that only mother's love to womb
can earthly reflect one love but those momemts that you know you know are real alive

and those moments cannot be denied, I lift my eyes above in seeking a prayer knowing thy
mother looks at thee with a proud golden air
laughing, crying, comforting the days she is

above the firmament and surrounds you every
moment with that golden warmth and has you cry and longs each day to hear THREE MAGIC WORDS for she rains them down upon you always

as always she through He is there said not
in idleness but word inspired prayer
forgive me my trespass but she is always there surrounding you with mother's love

Forgive me is I tread where you wish none to go but I had to lift my heart and soul
above that it be known she is everywhere
within without again forgive me for your words brought tears and far more important
wanting as your mother does
God wanted you to know

As my soul doth live
the love you feel is REAL

Forgive my intrusions
I wish thee only well
you see I kind of just follow orders
Bless you

Donna~

Beautiful tribute.

Life is funny the things it throws at us. Yet we somehow seem to do okay...

Maybe you got your strength from her...
