Never Is Not to Late

I left something of myself
handwritten note
miscellaneous other things
here and there
hoping one day they’d be found
remind you of me
and you’d call . . .
years ago I left them there
still . . .
I wait
hoping you understand . . .
Never
is not to late.

So I found myself up high--
I folded your words creased;
and I tossed them to the wind,
hoping they would sail to you
finding my way home again
upon the wing of word.

smile? (hope you don't mind the inspire)

Thank you jwesley. (and lady slick)
