Picture from Picture It

Poor Child of The Street

Poor child of the street all broken and bent
Covered with scratches and hidden dents
Tears cascade down bloodied cheeks
Angry words and hardened fists
Hiding in darkened closets
And in slippery streets
Poor child of the street
Have you no home?
Take my hand
I will heal your broken body
And mend your shattered heart
While protecting you
From life’s unforgiving barbwire
Poor child of the street
I will shelter you from harm
Only words of love I will give
These hands will caress you tenderly
No more hiding in the dark
I promise you
Your torn and wounded pride will be
Wrapped in the warmth of the morning sun
Come here my poor child of the street
Let me surround you
In my everlasting
Love.

Love Bon-Bon

(tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Bonnie, it breaks my heart to know and see so many children alone and without a loving family to live with in the world, sweet friend, God Bless You, my prayers go out to all the children that they can find homes of their own with loving people to watch over them and love them, this is gorgeous, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bonnie, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Beautiful, touching write.
May we never become indifferent to this terrible, heartwrenching reality.
May we all awaken to love, then the world will be able to heal.
Highly appreciated your work.
Love, Margherita
