The Great Blue Wail

From the depth of the belly of the Great Blue Wail I call.
I am drowning in this mammalian sea --
it’s bigger than you, deeper than me.
Please throw me a lifesaver.
Please throw me a line.
They say love is blind and
I can see no way to escape but thru your mouth’s confession.

I struggle to stay afloat in the Great Blue mirror of itself,
entrapped in the cavern of undeniability,
encaged by the walls of inexplicability,
adrift on acidic juices of sacrificed pride,
awaiting my salvation.
Love has colored the sky blue.
It’s true.  It colors me that way, too,
as I await rescue by your words --
"I do love you."

(smiles) Awwwwwwwww, the imagery in this is just breathtaking, sweet friend, I too always imagine when looking up at the clouds that I'm drowning in the heavens but it is a beautiful drownin like I can't stop crying in joy and laughing and giggling like a baby in a mommy's arms! (big angel hugs) Yay, this is gorgeous, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Jo, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Wow!
I LOVE this,
In fact, I'm putting it in my library.
Great word play,
This should be a song, seriously.
Oh, and... what a ..pleasant, spot that is, but ya know, it ends when you're vomited onto shore!

“Please throw me a lifesaver.”

I liked that!

And a few tic tac’s if you got em...

I’d a maybe looked for a fire escape or sumpin.
Preferably somewhere in the vicinity of the blow hole...

Okay, I’m done, I’m sorry

Seriously, I know the feeling well, of being in a
place, that I can’t get out of...

And, there’s absolutely nothing funny about it

Great Job Iliana!

That, was one whale of a tale...

Oh Geeesh...

Sorry... again
