As Time Passes Bye...(For Muted And Iloveit/JellyBean-Legs) |

As we grow older And hair turns to gray, Our thoughts and our bodies, Change in some ways. A friend or a loved one, Passes on-leaving grief, But they leave us with memories, That touch us so deep. The soul never dies, Nor their memory depart, They'll talk to you daily, And live on in your heart. Time brings us healing, It takes quite a while, But their soul lives within you, And will soon bring a smile. May God bring you peace, May your heart quickly mend, May your tears turn to laughter, Till you're together again. |

Martie...I guess I should have written this to all that have lost loved ones....I'm not aware of your loss.. may peace overtake all the sadness your heart is feeling....I know this feeling...way too many times...and it never heals, but sometimes numbs with time.... |

I read this and was thinking about when I first came to pip and you sent me a picture of a "toerag" (I know there are others that received the same welcome, you don't strike me as a one toerag man), and what a contrast that email was to this poem... You have many lovable layers.... "sit on top of the world and tell me how you feel...'cause what you feel is what I feel for you.." |

To all of you that can relate to what it is like to lose a child....I hope this is an inspiration....most of my garbage is an inspiration to puke to retaliate...I too have lost two young girls..and I can't imagine anything worse or more painful....To all of you who have endured this pain, and who are about to...may I offer this and prayers..... (Don't look for anything serious from me again for awhile...LOL...bless you all for the kind words) |

Life goes on without the ones that have gone, but they do stay so close to us when their memories are held in our hearts. Thank you for sharing this with us.
