Years ago, a wise friend told me that if you think of life as two steps forward, one step back, two steps forward, one step back...that you'd soon notice that you were always going forward, maybe not as quickly as desired, but forward.  This is not an easy concept for me.  I literally have to dance this one out sometimes, especially when on an emotional roller coaster.   Perhaps, someone out there would care to check out her advice.  Her advice was optimistic, (perhaps, a little unlike this poem.) The advice is much better when danced...

(smiles) By retracing our footsteps, I never like to think of it as counting them, but simply feeling the kind of ground we've walked, what we treaded softly on or had to climb on rougher pastures, yay! (big angel hugs) That I feel may be the answer, getting to know the topography, God Bless You, this is a wonderful thought, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sadelite, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Sadelite....you gotta side step every so often....so you don't ware the carpet.  Enjoyed this, and know just what you mean.

Thank you, EVERYONE.  I'm crunched for time, trying to write a little everyday.  (I'd like to write a special response to each of you because you all gave me smiles and insights, but am unable to right now. I'll stop and see you at your posts as soon as time permits...    Take care
