Whiskered Kisses  They say our love will never last but my commitment's unsurpassed Yes, opposites attract it's true and there's no doubt I'm drawn to you It matters not what people say I'll stay beside you come what may You are my catnip...I'm your cheese You make my heart skip...what a tease Our love is here in black and white I care not if it's wrong or right They'll see that we're the perfect match I'll prove to them you're quite a catch What's that you say?...you think I might in taste of you find sheer delight? An offer such as this, my dear I can't resist, but have no fear Though whiskered kisses soft and sweet are tempting me I shall not eat one such as you my rodent fair Just, trust me please...I wouldn't dare Come closer - let me taste your lips and wrap my paws around your hips That's it...come on...move closer still I just can't wait to get my fill Burp! ~Vicky L. Wow, fatal attraction huh? Well, that what happens when you rat someone out...  It's kinda funny, I just got through writing about a cat of mine on McLean's post about her poor dog Freckles, and here's your poem Vicky, with a picture of a little black cat just like the one we rescued in October. He's my little buddy. Thanks for posting this Vicky. I really liked it alot! |

and  (big angel hugs) Awwwwwwww, though I don't like sad endings and that ending made me sad as I love mice too and that mouse was soooooo cute, this is such a cute poem anyway, sweet friend, yay, now tell me that it was a happy ending, now now now!
