where the wild flowers grow

In the next room,
I hear doors slamming, and papers
wriggling toward the floor.
My mood is judgmental, I hear
no voices through this wall of mirrors.

I took a walk across a frozen river

         I could glide upon water.

So what is it that's needed of me,
proof?
I'm haunted by your subtlety
and your kiss that
feels like sleeping muscles in my lips.

The pins and needles of your infection.

I don't know, dear...but I love this line:

The pins a needles of your infection.

That's very cool sounding.

A gift of the metaphor. A power poetess. Good work! [sp. wriggling, judgmental] Was it your intention for the last line to read?: The pins "a" needles of your infection. Grover.

(big angel hugs) This is so eerie yet well-written, sweet friend, your poems always have such raw beauty to them, yay, God Bless You, this chimed to me like the chime of the Sprint pin hitting the floor, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Meghan, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
