state of marital bliss

When I wake

There you are

Causing discomfort with every involuntary blink

You are
An inflammation
Buried so deep
Living on the edge
And showing up
Spontaneously
To remind me
Of your existence

Tomorrow you may be gone
Leaving no apparent traces of your presence behind

But for the moment

Now sleep bound

You're still here

Against all efforts, it is of you I think

(big angel hugs) Oh McLean, I always feel exactly this way about stys too, sweet friend, heartache is just like that, it's best you try not to blink or it'll come hurting again and you just need to stay awake and look forward without thinking of it! (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet McLean, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Thanks, you two!  My ex will always be sty-like, since we have children together.  Even on good days, he's still a little aggrivation under the skin waiting to make a grand entrance!
