And that happened to be....Marge's Alice thru Glass /pip/Forum88/HTML/000330.html  am I a lucky Dutchie. Challenge is to write something about this topic. Here I go....

Slowly it creeps under your skin
True friendship you feel deep within
It doesn't brag, it doesn't yell
It's quietly feeding your ego well
Don't have to talk or write each day
True friendship speaks in it's own way
It's there when needed, never forsakes
It's drinking tea and eating cakes
Laughing at a joke being told
It's comforting in a tender hold
True friendship is a two-way street
You know it's there when soulmates meet
Be careful not to waste it's gift
Life's too short and time's too swift

This one is for all the true friendships I found in Passion's blue

Like scattered leaves...my words will flow

Titia- This is absolutely superb, and you haev done this challenge a great honor.

Slowly it creeps under your skin

This is one of the most descriptive lines I've seen on here in a while.
Great job.

Cause in my dreams it's always there
The evil face that twists my mind
And brings me to despair.

This is so great Titia.  I don't know about the challenge thingie, but I really like what this says about friendships.  Too true.  You said it best in the very last line, dear.

Titia beloved sister of my soul, Oh my why is do you think that whenever I think of friendship, true friendship it seems to carry within it a taste of you? Possibly because whenever I read your words I see within my minds eye your smile and KNOW that I have a true friend.

Utterly, utterly outstanding writing, I do come and fill my soul with delight you know, but normally I stay in the shadows. Just occasionally I visit you all in open, instead of scuttling straight off to the archives, but wherever I go I always read your work and marvel at the consistently brilliance of your art.

Love and warm stuff
as always
