Reach

Take the hand of all that is
And sip the magic of its fizz
Taste the waters of the day
And the wiles of nights display.

It is better to taste the treat
Even if it bittersweet
Does it make you want to smile?
Or will you join me in the wile

Does it make you roar in pain?
Or does it pluck your strings of sane
Do you pick the flowers still?
Or have you lost your fighting will

Do you throw the dice of fate?
Or say, I’ve time I think I’ll wait
As for me I plant and sew
To aid the future come and go

For it’s better to plant a seed
Than all the rant of bleed and plead.

Best to savor every treat
And learn to swallow bittersweet
Into the bitter, pleasures seep
And not to sow, is not to reap

Love your thoughts for the day
Always a lesson from the wise

Sy,
Just had to stop in for another morning vitamin!  Your work always has some form of optimism in it-a great way to begin a new day.
I sliced the lemon.  Enjoy a cup of tea.

Morning Sy!
Much enjoyed your pearls of wisdom today.
I believe it's much better to dance through life than to go
through it kicking and screaming...lol.
~Morning hugs & tea, Nancy~

Amen.

Thank goodness there are minds that wish
to be cultivated, and will take the seeds willingly.

Thank you Sy.  Good, good write.

Excellent write, my friend! *S*

(big angel hugs) Oh Seymour, this is fabulous, sweet friend, hope is what cultivates all to reach for the stars and when we plant the seed softly to the ground, the roots will shape and stretch further than imagined! (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Seymour, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
