 Picture by Josephine Wall * * * Love makes sour things turn sweet And turns copper into gold When you are touched by love Your heart will be sold Love makes cloudiness turn clear It is a remedy for pain You cannot live without it Love is a necessary gain By love the dead are brought to life And a king is made a slave Love is needed by us all It is something we all crave Love intensifies all colors As it turns dull into bright Love can mend a broken heart And to the blind love gives sight Love gives feelings like no other It sparks passion and desire Love cannot be measured It is the match that lights the fire Love flows throughout your veins It is the nucleus of your being Until you're touched by love You simply are not seeing * * * "I never knew how to worship until I knew how to love" I am in motion |
