Forgotten Emptiness

Memories. The things I'll never forget,
added to all those,
which I will always regret.

All pieces of a jigsaw,
fitting together,
making me think of you.

A song on the radio,
makes me recall,
the moment
when
you were the one;
who the words
could only be written for.

Randomly I see,
think, look,
touch, hear a sound.
And when I do;
the forgotten emptiness,
suddenly refills my heart.

I had a brain wave:

Forgotten Emptiness

Memories. The things I'll never forget,
added to all those,
which I will always regret.

All pieces of a jigsaw,
fitting together,
making me think of you.

A song on the radio,
makes me recall,
the moment
when
you were the one;
who the words
could only be written for.

Randomly I see a photograph,
think of an emotion.
Mind into overdrive.
Reflecting rapidly,
tearing apart my being, oncemore.

Looking for you-
causing me to reach out.
And when I do;
the forgotten emptiness,
suddenly refills my heart.

I think that ending is a lot stronger, do you agree?
