A Carousel Of Roses and Poetry
By Bonnie J.

I love the challenge of self publication so I do all the work myself. This is the cover of my new chapbook.
Love Bon-Bon
The Symbolic Rose

I give you this single rose of red
to show that my love is true.
The coral rose
to convey the deep desire
I have for you
held within my heart.
The lavender rose
symbolizing that at first sight
my love was captured
until the end of time.
The pink rose
sending a message
telling all that you meet
of
your gracefulness
and
your joy of life.
The yellow rose
expressing the joy
I have found in your
loyal friendship
and
to show that I care.
The rose the color of peach
telling of your
gentility and elegance.
For you are a rose
of
sweet thoughts and love.
Lastly, I give to you
the white rose
which captures your
innocence and charm.
I hope one day
you will be mine.
My lovely exquisite
“ Rose.”

I like pink roses the best. Roses have so many different meanings based on their color and bloom. Well done, Bonnie!

Oh, I love this Bon-Bon.
This is my favorite color, too.....

The rose the color of peach
telling of your
gentility and elegance.
For you are a rose
of
sweet thoughts and love.

I'm keeping this. In fact, I may just print it
off and frame it. this is beautiful. By the way, what
is the URL to your other poetry?

Hugs,
Ethel
