...Thought streams

Like daybreak, filtered through the slats
Awakening with you in my mind
Somehow warm against my body
A suggestion posted on my inner winter
That seems to take life of its own...but the blood is ours

Tickling my fancy to the palest edges
A realization that we have broken through
Barriers that some may never do
And I am thinking
That I have slipped into white waters
A fall into the deep pool of collected morning rain
Only to find your arms waiting open

...Thought streams

Wandering and wrapping 'round me
Not draining, or dousing my light
But giving ride in the quicksilver flow
This prince reflects my closer look
Spellbound...locked in gaze of majesty
In a moment where grace and sanity blend
Timid lifts my hand in disbelief
Slowly...softly...stroking the corner of your mouth
Just prior to sip of dawn upon your lips
Entwined in thought streams

Ribbons 'round the present

Yet another beauty from a pen so poised and talented.  So full of life itself...

You are a poetess,  one admired and cherished.
