Horizons of My Mind

In horizons of my mind
Where sea and earth align and bind
I lift the folds of bind of mist
To sift the gold of minds insist

I pan the edges of my brain
And fan the wedges of my sane
Stir the embers of the sight
And whir the pan for signs of light

And when the rainbow flashes glow
I place it in my store of know
And melt it down into transcend
To pave the road unto my end

It does not answer all the need
But plays a part to fill the deed
And gives me wind to fill my sail
And lights a candle less I fail

Horizons are your gage of dock
The lighthouse of your aging clock

Well, young Seymour, this one makes me want to pray this morning.  Don't ask why...I was just overcome with thanks for all I have, from reading your words.  You are a magnificent poet.

Unfortunately my mind's horizon done got lost two Monday's ago last Friday, however it a pleasure to read one who is on compass and writes with such consistent style and insight.
