Have you ever seen
a pool
during a storm
unsettled… muddy water

then…
after the storm
it seems
that everything
is back to normal

still…
the sand in the pool
only needs
a little wind
to be disturbed again
almost
as if the sand is afraid
to settle down

this is how I feel
deep inside

unsettled…
in a muddy pool...
of emotions...

Neeraja - yes, I've seen the muddy waters, yet slowly they fade. Best to you...

I began highlighting my favorite parts, and it is completely the whole thing, my friend.

This is by far my favorite description of this...this..."unnamed" thing.  I LOVE how you have said it!

The stormy residue
inside me does remain
little does it take
to stir each painful little grain

Enjoy me today
as tomorrow's forecast calls
for quite a drop in pressure
as a cold front does befall

over my personal waterfront
but rest assured my friend
next week's forecast looks better
and the residue will settle again.

I JUST LOVE YOUR THOUGHTS and you are so inspiring!  Does everyone have this universal feeling, I wonder.

Good to the last drop!

McLean

(big angel hugs) Oh Neeraja, this is sad but beautiful, sweet friend, but also think of it this way, as the colors are all there even when it rains and despite the uneasiness of the waters the hope is there and won't leave! (smiles) God less You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Neeraja, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
