When you are overweight
All you have to do is vaccum
And you feel like you might
Pass out and sleep for the night

When you are overweight
All guys know how to do
Is stick their nose up at you
And walk away

(Well most guys that is
Some do like women
With a big butt
And can stuff their gut.)

When your overweight
You have your good days
Your okay days
And days when you just plain hate yourself

When your overweight
And you want to buy cheap clothes
The cheapest your gonna find
Is at Wal-Mart and that is if they have your size

When your overweight
You hate wearing a swimsuit
You think the only thing people stare at
Is the cellulite on your thighs

This is only the beginning
Of why I hate being overweight
But one day
The weight shall be gone

Cold hands means a warm heart

One day ....it will be gone, YES!

Kind of sad, but also full of irony.
Well done.
Love, Margherita ..... hmmmmm "Why do I hate to be overweight?" .... will ponder that!

i know exactly how you are feeling, but i will tell it too you straight, everyone has a preference for what they find "attractive" they arent necessarily being rude, but, those who have to be negative about other peoples appearance are petty!
you have a beautiful smile that lights up your face (from what i can see in the photo) and if people give you trouble about your weight, then tell em' if they dont like it then why are they lookin'.
be just as gorgeous as you already are, the rest will fall in place all on its own.

When I was a size 8 in college, I spent most of my vain time complaining that I was too large.  Now that I'm a mom of 3 and size 14, I look back, and think how silly I was!

Dr. Phil said it best last week:  "You don't need a face lift or a butt lift to fix what's inside".  It was my internal conversation that was so messed up when I was a size 8 way back when.  I know now that happiness comes in all shapes and forms.

You're very good at expressing your emotions on many issues.

(big angel hugs) It saddens me deeply to see many disrespect certain fashions and peoples heights and weights, dearest friend, I believe true beauty is on the inside and those who can't accept ones appearance is just plain selfish! (sad sigh) However I also encourage everyone to follow their hearts so I know you can do it, yay, follow your heart, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Julie, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

I just looked at you picture, and figured someone else wrote this, or even if it was you, do you not see how pretty you are?

I agree with them Julie. How'd I find such a beautiful girl?

What is life without poetry and adventure?
"Little sister" is just another way of saying "Guardian Angel"!

sorry to rain on the parade folks, but look
as a 48 year old woman, trying hard to keep it all toghter still, i know i just FEEL better when i am lighter, working out, eating well,
i wish i could just say be who you are.....but i lived overweight as a teen and it wasnt a pretty time inside or outside for me, lacking confidence, due to appearnace, this is me though, my spin on it.........some can live heavier and not be affected by others harsh judgement, this is just one woman's experience with the
extra weight, on the inside and on the outside, it hurt like hell going thru it
but you have to be comfortable in your own skin, and you know what that is best, not me or anyone else, listen to  yuor own voice

I have a guy who loves me for who I am. I am overweight and im sick of looking at myself as if ill never find love. Dont talk about yourself that way. You are a beautiful person. Its true that the inside counts. I am always teased but i know im beautiful also.

you have expressed your self well. i just want you to know that you have so much going for you. we get to hate some parts of ourselves sometimes, but i hope that when you look at the whole picture, you'd see someone worthwhile.

Keep up that determination if that is what you want to do.  Remember, you are your own best friend in this matter!  Good luck.

You are so lovely Julie, I don't think you should hate any part of yourself.

You are brave enough to assess your feelings honestly and openly--so you keep taking care of yourself in that way, and I believe you can succeed at anything.
