Anarchy Is For Everyone
By: Noah Eaton
1/24/04

You have a dream to change the world,
but they try to undermine it
"I did it my way!"
Squirrels chew the power lines,
some geese don't fly beside but they're not blind
"I did it my way!"

"The way of a fool is right in his own eyes,
but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise."

Why must we tempt the undertaker?
Underlip zymolytic,
why are you shivering?
Can't you recognize the pretender?

Syncroflash,
all the while our winter's amplified,
"Obey little, resist much!"
Anarchy is for everyone
All the world,
shakes in denial to claim man owns the land,
"Obey little, resist much!"
Anarchy is for everyone

War of nerves no one deserves,
but the obligation perturbs
God, are we palindromed?
Remnants of abandoned dreaming,
vitriol paperweight showers,
All the time I dream of never ending alone...

Syncroflash,
all the while our winter's amplified,
"Obey little, resist much!"
Anarchy is for everyone
All the world,
shakes in denial to claim man owns the land,
"Obey little, resist much!"
Anarchy is for everyone

"Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies,
which minister questions,
rather than godly edifying which is in faith,
so do."

Syncroflash,
all the while our winter's amplified,
"Obey little, resist much!"
Anarchy is for everyone
All the world,
shakes in denial to claim man owns the land,
"Obey little, resist much!"
Anarchy is for everyone
Permission slip,
does not concern me
"Obey little, resist much!"
Anarchy is for everyone
Vivandiere,
bring us the sun and give us the river
"Obey little, resist much!"
Anarchy is for everyone...

Hi Noah!

Did you include this passage to make fun of my post...since I labeled it as "fable-ish"?

(teasing you, my friend)

When I read your words, I feel like I'm still in kindergarten.  You are such a wonderul literary artist.  I once said that I was an AOL subscriber (*which was a long time ago) because it "leads you by the hand".  That kind of describes the poems I write.  But you, my friend, are inspiring...you make me get up, chew and digest...and sometimes it's days before I get the meat of your posts, if at all.  But they are challenging, and musical to my ears when I read them aloud.

I am impressed by your writing and touched too.
"Vivandiere bring us the sun and give us the river ..."
Good Lord, you touch chords that resonate powerfully.

Love, Margherita

Noah,

You amaze me. By the way, I got my book yesterday and read your poems to my loved ones. You are a rare gift my friend.

loved your imagery in the paperweight showers and are we palindromed?   I don't think I yet have the capability to understand everything you wrote, but there were a lot of words that made me think.
There is a lot of texture to your work, Noah.

Thank you all! (angel hugs for everyone)

I got the inspiration from a newspaper cartoon in an editorial, from the Rocky Mountain News. Isn't it so true that anarchy is innate to all of us? Some would argue protesting against the administration, the establishment and the president would lead to anarchy, but then again, aren't they bringing anarchy upon us? It all evens out and I say it's only fair to stand up and speak out for Gods sake, just without the use of violence and blasphamy.

God Bless You All!

Love,
Noah Eaton
