i always held on
to little things
you said to me
that would make me happy

but few they are
its hard to please
this broken heart with
i know, i've tried, trust me.

i almost wanna ask
for just one more nice word
but i realized now
no more should i hurt

you've had me where you've wanted me
so let me free
now, ok?
i promise it'll be better
for both of us,
so say goodbye, again, to me.

I understand the emotions of this...or can for sure relate it to my own.
