Jaded tears find a way into his heart, causing him to reflect on his choices from the start. Faded tears leave traces of pained moments, the ones her soul cannot forget. He acts out the wrong play knowing what's right, but tells himself it's only because she stayed the night. However, he knows he'd do it all over again, it's just the way he is - he never meant to offend. So the tyrants of love battle off against lust, his mind grows weak but he knows that he must. To regain the dignity he once had lived for, to obtain that one love lasting forever more. The climb is so much slower then he remembers the fall, as he stares at her tainted picture against the blank wall. He erased everything and decided to start with her as base, to make sure the foundation of his love was molded from her face. He delivered his lust to her in the form of a kiss, and his love he made her feel with a whisper on her wrist. He gave her both he gave her all I suppose it was right, she stayed over once more they talked all night. Now they lay beside each other and the world can only mourn, two of very few that rose above hearts once scorned. An idealistic idol for those young in love. They left us on the same night - in each others arms - stone marked " remembered for their hugs". |
