I can’t take this confusion
That’s inside my head
I want to be with you
Yet I want to be with him
You say he won’t find out
Just an innocent kiss
Just a simple touch
But this for me
Is way too much
I can’t take it and
I don’t know what to do
How can I want him
Yet be in love with you?
This is not what I expected
When I became his girl
I thought I’d love him forever
He’s the best guy in the world
How could I hurt him
The way you want me to
Confused is all I am
Who should I choose?
Should I break his heart
Before he breaks mine
Or should I just let it be
See what it brings in time
You know I wont forget you
You are my best friend
And my love for you
Will never end
But he’s the one I dream of
The one who’s always there
The one I’ll always love
He will always care

Beautiful, emotional, poem! I loved this one a lot! The "confusion" in it is awesome.

Yet, if you are going through this at the moment I'm sorry, but didn't you just answer your questions on who you want to be with in this poem? Humm... I don't know what I'm talking about... lol

I liked how your poem dealt with the issues of love and lust; at least that's how I interpreted it, and the issues of wanting two people at once…

Thanks for sharing! I felt it was a wonderful read and I will be coming back to read this one again
