My Trust falling in love comes easily for me, i get caught in their lies and their trickery, i get pulled in again and again, i think about my mistakes now and then, i change myself for every guy i like, even the guys i know aren't my type, then it's over before it began, the guy was a child not a man, i go back to my now emotionless heart, one that was lost right from the start, i wish these things came easier for me, i hate the lies and the trickery. I loved this one because I can relate very well to it. It's something, I believe, that everyone will be able to relate to at some point in their lives. I like the way your last line was a repetition of an earlier thought. Good poem. Hope can only be found inside yourself, never in a person or thing. |
