I understand God gave everyone a purpoe.
I'm sorry, I don't know what to do?
Will you please give me a freakin' clue?
Do you have a cure?
When I hear the answer, I just want to make sure!
I just want to be smart not a young F-A-R-T!
Please, please,PLEASE take away this stupid learners disibility.
I hate this life that HE gave me.
But what can I do?... It's a learners disibility.

It seems you feel very strongly about this subject, but it also seems like you're tyring to force the words out of yourself. Be patient. Or talk to a friend about it and write about the convo? I dunno. I'm just giving suggestions.

i agree with p&p...i know, i can tell, you feel very strongly about this..like your screaming these words as im reading them, but if you had been patient you might've been able to make it a little bit..not better, but nicer.
I think it comes across strong, which is great sometimes, but some of the strongness in this is a little bit much. Let the poetry come to you, don't force it. You can probably tell i haven't posted many poems lately, thats b/c i wait for ideas. The longer you wait, the better. trust me. Im not trying to be mean, just trying to give some advice. take this poem and wait, and maybe something else will come to you.

you did very good with the flow, it flowed perfectly, and with this particular poem, i think the length is good.
thanks for sharing, i know how hard it is, to accept you're different..you are a really strong person to be able to share this..

i totally know where your coming from on this. theres nothing as miserable as knowing that theres something wrong with you but not knowing how to fix it. but dont let it control you. overcome it and you can overcome anything.

thank you, you guys... I really needed all your comments. I had it rough all my life, but now I can actually write about it. Get all the stuff that's been trapped in me for the longest time. Thank you for actually being there.

Isn’t it awesome how we are able to vent our emotions in poetry! I will thank God every day of my life for giving us the gift of speech/words/… well, whatever it is that it is.

Even though I don’t have a learning disability, I don’t understand my purpose in life either, yet. I do know that there is something in store for my life though, it just takes time to find out what it is, like everyone suggested, patience is part of learning what role you are about to play. Plus, never let your disability, I hate that word, hold you back. People will say you can’t do things because of it, that you are disadvantaged, but it’s untrue. You do NOT have a disability; you are just gifted in other areas, like writing. Being able to open up to people you’ve never met. Different areas in your life will reflect your gifts, it doesn’t have to be straight A’s or anything like that…

Anyway, now that I’ve said all I can think of to say at the moment, I’m going to have to say thanks for sharing your poem with us. It’s always nice to read something by you

Thanks stargal, I really appreciate that. My goal right now is to just graduate high school and then go straight to colledge. From there on I'm gonna learn to be a teacher and help the disibility kids and teens. Not the ones that are like me but the ones that can't speak or really do anything. So that's really my goal right now. And thank you for replying.
