Icy frosts cover the ground
The snow drifts and floats abound
Under the pale blue lights
Snow illuminates the night
The moon casts down it's shadow
Everything quiet and peacefully hallow
(Your anger burns away as a tallow)
The trees glow white bliss
A powdery land, a sugar-coated kiss
The season of the cold and dreary
Has an upside that's anything but bleary
Huddle together under the stars
Cold to each others mars
(Emotional scars)
The blanket of frozen rain
Soaks up all of your hate and pain
Love the Winter season so grand
Avoid the social publics mighty hand
Bring your happiness to the snow
Finally laugh and enjoy the cold glow
(It's the only happiness you'll ever know)
Heartless and frozen in time
Yet utterly blissful, sanctuary mimed
Catch the crystals as they fall
Celebrating your joy and comfort in all
Dark is the night and the side of your view
But bright is the day and the snow, so true
(Only to you)
Your companions in distraught and moments so bleak
Together, alone, the solutions you seek
Contemplate the situations you hold
Under the ground in the snow and cold
Summer, Fall, and Spring above your head
But it's always Winter where you tred
(On the spots where you bled)
But now, solitude speaks
As the sharp frosty winds redden your cheeks
Limp and lifeless in a Winter Wonderland
All these people here, never to lend a hand
Hug your pain and suffering ever so close
They warm your body and inspire your prose
(Accustomed now to their regular dose)
Merrily along, pain and joy tied to each other
Passing happy people, one after another
All in the same position you're in
Dealing with life, pain, stress, and sin
But here in Winter, your hate dissolves away
It still exists, but never to upset you another day
(You're better off alone here, anyway)

This was really cool! I'm not quite sure what you're talking about but I guess it could have more than one meaning.
Great job!

It's talking about an imaginary place where you can be surrounded by people and still remain completely alone in your suffering because no one else understands. Winter is my favorite season, so I used it. It's kind of like Decemberunderground by AFI (they're the ones who inspired this)

Very nice! i liked it a lot! i could relate in a way. The feeling of having friends and being close to people but not really being in touch with them. Being in a world of your own.

And admiring the beauty of winter... Keep up the work

A sign in  the wind
The fatal last breath
Soft prelude to death
Alone
Amidst black roses
