Reflecting in the shadows
You try to see what went so wrong
Fear drove you to do these things
And now your life is gone

You sit alone and cold
Thinking about your past
Of how everything was perfect
But you knew it wouldnt last

Thinking about your life alone
It burdens you to feel
So you shut out all the world
You know the scars won't heal

Lost, confused, and broken
You say these prayers alone
You walk the street an outcast
With nowhere to call a home

Reflecting in the shadows
You try to see what went so wrong
Fear drove you to do these things
And now your life in gone
