Kind of long but comments are appreciated.

Who do you talk to
when there's no one there?
What do you do when
there's so many secrets unshared?

All the people you talk to
are never home.
All your hopes for loving
are far past gone.

When there's nothing to be said,
everyone's around,
but when you need them most,
nothing can be put down.

You try to find someone
to sit and talk with you,
but no one really trys to understand,
and you're alone with nothing to do.

Your memories are fading,
no way to make more.
No one to smile about.
Nothing to smile for.

Everyday you sit on your bed
and all you do is cry.
You tell yourself your left alone
and then ask yourself why.

Your heart isn't quite broken,
and your friends aren't quite gone,
but you can't seem to find your heart
and don't know what you did wrong.

Your friends are there
but out of reach it seems,
and all the love you know
is lost somewhere in your dreams.

The only times you'll understand
is when you realize you'll soon forget.
But when you can't remember
you'll probably soon regret.

You wish that someone would realize
and say they understand.
You wish that someone would be there
just to hold your hand.

In the dark you stumble.
In the light you can't quite see.
In the arms of another
you feel you'll never be.

Who are you supposed to turn to?
What book from the shelf?
How are you supposed to know who to look for,
when you can't even find your self?

it was very long Heather, but I enjoyed it all the same. Like we've figured out, we write very similarly, and this is like something out of my head, exactly.

Well done darling<3
