For some reason
I just can't explain
How it is I feel right now
After seeing your life
And seeing how
Big you really are

I had a dream
of getting your attention
of catching your eye
and today you said
a little more than just "hi"

I thought I had a chance
I had thought i could make it
You are so desirable
Loveable and admirable

I know i should just
be your friend
I should let go
of a feeling I can almost describe as forced

For I don't know if it's your looks,
your style, your place
For I don't know
Even if I try
If I can ever forget your face

I'll like you, (name),
until the end of our days

this was about one year ago. brings a smile to my face as i re-read it and type it because i can see how i've learned about love a little more.

good things don't come easy

hey, this poem is like a painting of my feeling, except using paint it's words. Honestly this happens to me all the time where i dont know if a girl likes me or, I just think she likes me because I like her so much.
"I had a dream
