My Fake Knight And Shining Armor By: Cherishable_Baybee Obstacles come and go Problems become a habit Torment has overshadowed my life For I will never know why you left me Why you never cared for me in the same way I cared for you Why you abandoned my poor old soul I sometimes call out your name in aguish Hoping you would return to me But that is nothing but a little girl’s fantasy For her father to return home And watch her fall in love And make a family of her own one-day But that day was long awaited All that remains are the countless memories, the lonesome nights And the never ending tears For I love you because you are apart of me You are my father Whether you like or not For I do not know what to say You threw me away Yet I still love you I wish you were here But all I have is a photograph No memories, no acknowledgement of your existence That dear photograph is what links me to you My mother weeps for your presence I long to see my forgotten father The one who made me No one can fill that hole in my heart If I learned on lesson from you It is not to walk away from love What is it that holds you so dear to my heart? Is it love or pity? You have pity on my soul for I am the one you threw away You disowned me and I forgive you for it What am I suppose to do I ask? That is yet to be unfold You give me reason to question By you also give me reason to be a better person Your cruel actions have taught me not to disguise my feelings If I am the one you hate that hate me For I shall not hate you I love you My father, the one who made me My long beloved angel I think we are yet to meet If not in this world Then maybe in the other realm Where all the questions are yet to be found For now I remain in this world Where many have past I walk around without no memory no facial appearance I could roam around this world Searching and searching For the one I call father But I was want you to know wherever you are father Someone loves you daddy. |
