The middle of my mind!

Its christmas today
and all I can think about is your two faces
waking up and seeing you there
with my surprised face

knowing that we will be together till the day we die
knowing that we together will stand up and fight
knowing that I love you and that you do too
knowing how much you mean to me and finding out how much I mean to you

but I wake up and see just presents under the tree and that you two are nowhere to be seen
I have to stop living a dream and wake up and finally see that I will never have you two
only in my dreams!

it's such a sad poem! it has hope, and dreams, but in the end *splat!* you have to face reality. Good job though, i liked it a lot. I know it means more to you than me cause I don't know what is going on, so i won't be able to give your poem the praise it deserves, at least not as much as i would like... keep writing
