Why doesn't my daddy love me? like all my friend's dads do, I act no different to them, yet there daddys love them too I love my daddy like only a daughter could so why doesn't my daddy love me? like a father should Every night I cling on to my teddy bear pretending it's my daddy if I told him, would he care? All I want is my daddy to love me is that really too much to ask? loving me is his duty and shouldn't be his task Even if my daddy doesn't love me I will always love him because I know living his life without me must be very dim! |

wow I wanna cry. I kow exactly how you feel. I lost my daddy to drugs b4 I could even crawl. For about 16 years all I reall ygot from him was a birthday card once in a blue moon. He moved back to my home town about 2 yrs ago and it isnt ne better. He still does drugs and only comes round and talks to me when he asks me for something. What I hate the most is how when I say "Ilove you daddy." he reply's but with no feeling. like it's manditory for him to say it back. I wish for once I could here him say it on his own with out ne one telling him and he mean it. I would die just to hear my daddy say i love you just once to me with feeling... any way its an aswome poem and as you can tell... i know what you mean. i was adopted by my father. my biological father didnt want me as his daughter. very touching. |
