He's a monster.
I don't bother to explain.
I won't complain about lack of passion. everyone drinks themselves a little watered down.
But still we keep our heads, popped right out of the ground.
and were stepping on the source but breathing in the hot rising breathe of this foggy inspiration.
Hot meets cold, I can't see a damn thing.
We get lazy and crush the spines
of the only ones who have to time to make a breakfast and wipe our faces.
Even if the cloth is dirty. do you appreciate it.
Do you even feel them, as they shake in their boots hoping they can withstand one last rain.

She's a monster.
She's selfish and stuck in books.
But in a dream she finds the kindness to try to wipe his eyes clean of this watered down muck.
It's rubbish to think that I can make myself anymore clean by washing out the water spout.
but I scrub away. and I'm rubbed raw.
Uncooked vegtables thrown into meat stew.
we can't cook. were only kids.
She said her tummy hurt and threw up in the wind,
we spread our fear
like we think everyone should feel it.
He's a monster. we talk about it in the closet.
Just like kids.
