No need to worry about what you do, If you are ok and if God will take Care of you and be with you, Cry, I will no longer over the years That you are gone, and I had you- So close to me, No longer a fool lost in love, A bridge with one end, Knowing- You no longer want me, No one will have my love, For I know its worth, And they can’t show me, My life, is left to me, Quit wasting my thoughts, On your foolish charms, You took my world, And tore it apart, Without telling me why, No, don’t tell me- How I am wrong about you? And that it was my fault, How many more nights- Can these thoughts clutter me? And I shudder through the pain, Tears you will not see- For my love never lost, Only my lover left me. I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality. |

OMG!!!!!!!! this is beautiful.... its exactly what i went thru about 6 months ago with my ex... but the wounds heal and you can love again..... congratulations on witing such an amazing, emotion filled poem about such a painful experience... well written it captures every emotion perfectly Ruth live life as if your going to die tomorow....... but love as if your going to live forever...... |
