I wrote this exactly a year ago from today. Tell me what you think... Just when you think you've gone crazy, you get worse. Everything is hard to bare, even breathing. When it seems to be going away, it's just deceiving you, It always does. Never ceases to torment. The same pressure pressing down harder and harder, everyday. My eyes start to produce a liquid form, Seems strange, but I'm used to it. Hide the pain. Hide the tears. Hide my face. I hide everything I wasn't meant to be. Sometimes I swear to myself that I'm crazy, It's nothing. You wake up each day knowing how you're going to feel, It's a vicious cycle of hiding from everyone, Not wanting to be found. Alone. You just want to be alone, A million people are surrounding you and you're still, alone. Wanting to be alone. Alone. Wow. Great write...so much emotion in it! These two parts really stood out to me: "Hide the pain. Hide the tears. Hide my face. I hide everything I wasn't meant to be." and "Alone. You just want to be alone, A million people are surrounding you and you're still, alone. Wanting to be alone." I can really relate to this poem as well.
