Those sleepless nights,
Without you by my side.
The nights staying up all night,
Knowing that your with someone else.
Knowing that you don't want to be
  with me anymore.
Those nights when I try to
  kill myself.
Those nights staying up
all night crying.
Nobody knows how bad it feels.
To be without you is like the end of my world.
Oh!, How I spend those sleepless nights
  thinking what had happened between us.
          Our meories.

i do know, and i feel for you ally.... you will get stronger and the nights of crying fade... theen the anger, and then eventually forgiveness... be strong and try not to throw too many things in the process.... it really doesnt help

Sadly, this is very untrue. Many of us can relate, and knowing how it feels, I am sorry. This is a good poem, I'm off to look at the second one.
