I stand there and take it breath in; breath out I understand your going through a tough time what do you think my entire life has been I stand and comfort you That is the least I can do Thats what a friend is you tell me of your depression and all the things that you are stressed about and I am standing there screaming at you in my head "what the hell do you think i deal with?" "why can't I tell you? Why don't you comfort me?" But instead I stand in silence Giving a hug and a helpful word when needed I want to tell you what I have done I need you to listen your my best friend but I know what you will say "Your to good for that Mal" "Your dumb for going back" Can't you see I am depressed? can't you tell my life has been in a tailspin since forever, since I was born? Do you know how many times I have wanted to die? To just jump, cut, crash and burn? I don't get pills, I don't get help my family doesn't know so who am I supposed to tell? Breath in; Breath out take it all in suck it up mal thats what I have to tell myself to get past the brokeness the hopelessness get it all together if you don't have it all together who will? I can't be your superman |

this is such a sad btu beautiful poem... Breath in; Breath out take it all in suck it up mal thats what I have to tell myself to get past the brokeness the hopelessness get it all together if you don't have it all together who will? that is my favourite part..... honestly no one has it all together they just put on a face to make it look like they do... just be you, be who you really are and be happy with that too... other wise you wont be able to stand by tour self... Ruth live life as if your going to die tomorow....... but love as if your going to live forever...... |

wow.. I know how you feel...my freind, she has "SERIOUS DEPRESSION" and never stops talking about it...i always talk to her and try and help her...but everytime i try and tell her how i feel she just says..."let it go" or "get over it" so yeah...i know how it feels..and ive had those feeling many times...if ya ever want to talk...u can email me..
