He caressed her sun kissed face, and smoothly ran his fingers over her rose petal lips, and his hands, through her wind blown hair, She was an angel She was perfect Her eyes glissened in the sunlight, so innocent and captivating Everything held him by charm She had breath-taking beauty She was an angel She was perfect When the sun went down, her face turned dark then dissapeared Her hair was blown away by the cold winds, and her lips, now wilted away no longer warm from the sun no longer thriving like a fresh flower, This angel was gone. Was she even an angel? Was she really perfect? Was she a taste of heaven? |
