Lost

I’ve been threw the thick and thin
swallowed up and spit back out again
and to walk the course of being lost once again
Misdirection, U turns
and never look backs
I’ve been lost so long I don’t even know where I began
I followed you
through and through
never would of thought
you’d get lost with me too

Lost in this place, misplaced in this world
Lost in myself, off course and all alone
I’m lost and I don’t know what the hell to do

Cause I’m walkin a path of darkness
don’t worry about the next step cause
I don’t know the next step
No light has been shown
it’s been twenty one longs years
full grown, yet my mind is still left blown
don’t know where I am
sure as hell don’t give a damn
I must be lost all over again

Lost in this place, misplaced in this world
Lost in myself, off course and all alone
Im lost and I don’t know what the hell to do

hmm, there are patches where it gets weird...maybe it loses flow? i don't know. honestly i suck at this whole poetry business lol. i liked how you kept repeating the whole i'm lost theme, my favorite lines were: don’t know where I am
sure as hell don’t give a damn

overall id say it was a good job, i wish i had some advice for you, but sorry to say i don't. just keep reading your own stuff over and maybe you'll find stuff you wanna change anyway? haha sorry...just call me captain obvious.
