Renovated Skies

Thunder growls from heaven,
A perpetual pleaser,
Building dark skies for ground
And roots stretch to hearts.

What awkward things given,
An unforgiven bleeder,
To sons and daughters bound
By eclipsed, blind stars.

Listen to your brethren,
A tired eyed seeder,
"As lightning strikes town,
Burn the aged parts."

Ah, now there's that spark in your eye.

it sounds older, not something you see around here much, I enjoy it! I'm so envious, you always have such descriptive poems!

Love is giving him the ability to break your heart...but trusting him enough to know he won't.
