What a joy it is
that I can say to you
That you are wonderfully made
and a joy to know too

Look at what God has done
Given you another year
To love and to praise Him
And to live without fear

To let your light shine
No matter where you go
That the love of Christ
Can continually show

But this day is for you
For it is indeed special
I just thank the Lord that
I can let this show

I shall go for now
But not before I say
To you my wonderful friend
