in the pouring rain

i won't open my eyes to the darkness
reach out my hand only to feel the blood
from the pain of coughing up my life
lifeless on the floors where forever was mine
and i couldn't feel anything
shaking so violently
the perfect image was in my head
i just wasn't living it
everything felt like a lie to me
but broken is how i am used to being

i'm sitting in the dark....waiting...
waiting for you to see me.

I have always liked you posts...this one is no different, morbid, accepting and grate...keep writing

when you live you begin to die
when you die memories of you life lives in others
when memories of you begin to fade
you truly begin to die
