I posted this in the beginning of last year sometime, but I wanted to repost it and see what some of the newer members thought of it. With all this stress I've gotta write And get it off my chest Someone's gotta listen When I talk about my pain These tears glisten On my cheeks Like newly fallen rain This is almost to real To even believe or see Let alone to feel! I feel so hollow I can taste the pain In my tears I have to swallow My pride and not slip Back to the years When I would've thought Happiness was fake. Have I already lost What was at stake? My love, my heart, my soul. Come save me from The torment that I face Everyday, I see it I wish it would leave Without a trace Disappear forever Lost in space Never to return Abrupt Halt.... yeah, writing is a great way to share the pain and stuff in your life and on your mind I know how you feel in this poem. I've been there and even though I'm an old lady now, I still go there now and then  |
