But me

When no one understands,
What a person can be,
What they hold inside,
Who is to blame?
Me.

I have held things inside for so long,
And still do not want to release,
I say things,
But never what I mean,
It causes me more trouble,
More pain,
Then I can hold,
So what I do is,
Come out and explode.

I reel at others when I know I should not,
I hurt others when I do not want,
But there is no one else to blame,
But me.

I know in my heart,
That what I do is wrong,
But I cannot stop,
Withholding what belongs.

Indeed, and I know I am to blame but I still seek understanding at the same time. Pretty hopeless! Me, not your poem! Your poem is great!
