This is an old poem i found... I'm supposed to be good with words, so why cant I find the right ones now? I look into your eyes and draw a blank. I see you smile and everything is erased. You touch me and I tingle. You kiss me and I float. You look at me and make me whole. Heaven is in your arms, and in the moments I can hear your heartbeat. It's tucked into our silent moments, and hidden behind your eyes. It's in the feeling of your fingers running along my back, and sneaks into the space between our lips before we kiss. It's you, and me, and us. It's everything I know about you. Every detail, every promise. Every feeling running through my head, and every word that wont come out. It's the way I have to catch my breath when I see you, the way I smile when I know you're close. My heaven is you. |
