I have to stay strong, I have to strong I say this over and over to myself I have to stay strong with what is all going on I can not break down, or at least not in front of anybody Put on a smile, act like everything is ok Yup, I made everyone believe I’m fine No one sees beyond my act No one sees that I’m twisted up inside They don’t see past the fake laugh To the pain I feel inside They don’t see the scars on my wrist No one notices the fear in my eyes The fear of being alone, the fear of dieing I cry out, but my screams are silent No one hears, no one cares Only silence… |

Well, I just wandered in here...I'm not a teen, just saw your name and it is spelled just like my nieces'. So, I'm glad I bopped in here. oh sweetie, such a heart felt poem...remember that you are always heard in here so go ahead and spill whats on your mind. This is where I come to let it all out...this was very well written, very emotional and very strong, I could really feel where you were coming from. A sad but Beautiful write. ~Live and Laugh~ Don't look to me for perfection for I will surely let you down. |

Wow, this poem is just so...emotional. I can relate to it in soooo many ways. Just remember to stay strong, and you'll get through whatever is going on.  ~Alli~ I always knew looking back on the tears would make me laugh, but I never knew looking back on the laughter would make me cry. |
